Bonus & Promotions Policy
This Bonus & Promotions Policy (the Policy) explains how bonuses work, who can claim them, and what rules apply. It should be read alongside our Terms & Conditions, Payments Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy, Cookie Policy, and Privacy Policy. Where this Policy and individual Promotion Terms differ, the Promotion Terms for that specific offer take precedence.
1) Scope and definitions
Bonus — promotional value credited to a player’s bonus balance, not withdrawable until conditions are met.
Bonus funds — the bonus balance; distinct from cash funds (deposited money and winnings not tied to a bonus).
Free spins — spins with a fixed spin value on specified games.
Cashback — a percentage of net losses over a period, paid as cash or bonus.
Wagering requirement — the amount you must stake on eligible games before bonus funds (and the winnings from them) convert into withdrawable cash.
Contribution % — how much a wager on a game type counts towards wagering.
Max bet while wagering — the highest stake per spin/round permitted while an active wagering requirement exists.
Promotion Terms — the specific rules shown on an offer tile/landing page.
Irregular play — patterns or tactics intended to clear wagering without genuine gameplay risk (examples in Appendix C).
2) Principles we follow
- Clarity first: key rules—wagering, contribution %, max bet while wagering, expiry—are shown before you opt in.
- Trackable: progress bars and timers update in real time where technically possible.
- Fair use: one account per person; abuse harms fairness and may lead to removal of bonus-derived winnings.
- Compliance: we follow Dutch licence conditions, consumer law, and Wwft/Sanctions Act duties.
- Responsible play: promotions should add fun, not pressure. We surface RG tools near every claim action.
3) Eligibility and availability
3.1 You must be 18+, pass KYC checks, and be physically located in the Netherlands for real‑money play. We may limit offers by player segment, region, payment method, device, or invitation.
3.2 Unless the Promotion Terms say otherwise, promotions are limited to one per person/household/address/IP/device/payment method.
3.3 If you are self‑excluded or listed in CRUKS, you are not eligible for bonuses during exclusion.
3.4 We may suspend or withdraw an offer at any time before you opt in. Live offers already opted into will be honoured under the stated terms.
4) Opt‑in, opt‑out, and cancellation
4.1 Some offers require manual opt‑in (e.g., clicking Claim or entering a code).
4.2 You can cancel an active bonus in the cashier; doing so removes remaining bonus funds and typically forfeits bonus‑derived winnings that have not been converted to cash.
4.3 If you request a withdrawal before completing wagering, the system may cancel your active bonus and remove unconverted bonus‑derived winnings. A warning is shown before you confirm.
5) Bonus wallet mechanics
5.1 We keep a cash balance and a bonus balance. Your balance panels show both.
5.2 Unless a Promotion states otherwise, bets are placed from cash first, then from bonus funds.
5.3 Winnings from cash bets are added to your cash balance. Winnings from bonus bets are added to your bonus balance until wagering completes.
5.4 When wagering completes, any remaining bonus balance converts to cash (up to any stated cap).
5.5 If a bonus has a win cap or conversion cap, it is disclosed on the offer card and applied on conversion.
6) Wagering requirements
6.1 A wagering requirement is expressed as a multiple (e.g., 25× bonus or 25× (bonus + deposit)). The Promotion Terms will state the formula.
6.2 Contribution determines how much of each eligible wager counts toward clearing the requirement (see Section 7).
6.3 Max bet while wagering applies until completion (see Section 8).
6.4 If a bonus expires before you finish wagering, remaining bonus funds and unconverted bonus‑derived winnings are forfeited.
6.5 We round contribution to the nearest cent and update progress bars frequently; there may be slight timing differences between game sessions and the cashier.

8) Max bet while wagering
8.1 Unless stated otherwise, the maximum bet while wagering is the lower of €5 or 5% of the initial bonus value per spin/round.
8.2 Side bets, double‑ups, or features that increase the effective stake also count towards the cap.
8.3 Breaching the cap may lead to removal of the bonus and confiscation of bonus‑derived winnings.
9) Game restrictions and excluded play
9.1 Certain games or features may be excluded or limited for bonus play. The Promotion Terms show the list if applicable.
9.2 If an excluded game is played with bonus funds due to a technical error, BinoBet reserve the right to void affected play and restore the bonus to the previous state.
10) Expiry and time limits
10.1 Each offer displays a time limit (e.g., complete wagering within 7 days; use free spins within 72 hours). Timers appear on the offer card and in the cashier.
10.2 Expired bonuses are removed automatically. Free spins not used by the deadline are forfeited.
10.3 Cashback is typically credited on a published schedule; if an account is restricted or closed on the credit date, the credit may be paused pending review.
11) Withdrawal rules while a bonus is active
11.1 You may request a withdrawal of available cash at any time. If wagering is incomplete, the active bonus and bonus‑derived winnings may be removed. We show a clear warning before you confirm.
11.2 Withdrawals are subject to verification and pay‑to‑source rules in the Payments Policy.
12) No‑deposit bonuses (NDB)
12.1 From time to time we may run a no‑deposit bonus for eligible players. NDBs are marked clearly with value, wagering, game eligibility, and any withdrawal threshold (e.g., verify identity and make a first successful deposit before withdrawing NDB‑derived winnings).
12.2 We may require KYC, payment‑method ownership proof, or a minimum real‑money wager before cashing out NDB‑derived winnings to prevent abuse.
12.3 If an NDB has a max cashout, it is shown on the card and applied at conversion.
13) Free spins
13.1 Free spins show the spin value and eligible title(s).
13.2 Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds unless the card says paid as cash.
13.3 When credited as bonus funds, free‑spin winnings carry wagering (often lower than deposit bonuses; see the card).
13.4 If a free‑spin game becomes unavailable, we may substitute a comparable title and notify you.
14) Cashback
14.1 Cashback is calculated on net losses during a defined period (stake minus winnings, excluding bonus funds unless stated).
14.2 Cashback can be cash (no wagering) or bonus (with wagering). The card states which applies.
14.3 Reversals or chargebacks may void or reduce previously credited cashback.
15) Deposit matches and reloads
15.1 A match bonus credits a percentage of your qualifying deposit up to a cap (e.g., 100% up to €100).
15.2 The qualifying deposit must be made in a single transaction, unless the card allows multiple deposits within a window.
15.3 Some offers require specific payment methods. If the method is changed after opt‑in, eligibility may be lost.
16) Tournaments, missions, and prize draws
16.1 Tournament rules specify scoring, tiebreakers, prize splits, and audit windows.
16.2 We reserve the right to adjust scores in case of technical issues, abuse, or obvious errors.
16.3 Prize draws are conducted using verifiable random selection; winners may be asked to accept publicity rules where required by law.
17) Loyalty and VIP
17.1 Loyalty points, tiers, or VIP benefits may be awarded for genuine play and are discretionary.
17.2 We may modify or withdraw loyalty mechanics; material changes are announced in the Platform.
17.3 VIP invitations consider responsible‑gambling and affordability indicators; benefits may be reduced or paused if risk signals emerge.
18) Promo codes and referrals
18.1 Promo codes must be entered exactly as provided and within their validity window. Codes can be limited to specific audiences (e.g., new players, invited segments) or payment methods.
18.2 We may offer referral incentives. Referrals are valid only for new players with unique devices, emails, phone numbers, and payment instruments. Self‑referrals or circular referrals are prohibited.
19) Irregular play and abuse
19.1 Irregular play includes, but is not limited to, the behaviours listed in Appendix C (e.g., hedging opposite outcomes, value transfer between accounts, staking patterns engineered to bypass contribution rules, or covering most outcomes at once).
19.2 If we reasonably determine irregular play or bonus abuse has occurred, we may remove the bonus, confiscate bonus‑derived winnings, void affected bets, and restrict or close the account.
19.3 Multiple accounts by the same person, household, IP, device, or payment method violate this Policy and may result in forfeiture of bonuses and winnings.
20) KYC/AML, sanctions, and responsible play
20.1 We may request additional KYC documents at any time, including for large wins, fast cashouts, or new payment instruments.
20.2 Withdrawals follow pay‑to‑source where possible. Payment methods must be in your name.
20.3 We monitor for AML/CTF risks under the Wwft and Sanctions Act. Where suspicion remains, we may pause promotions and gameplay pending review. We do not “tip off”.
20.4 We link bonus availability to responsible play indicators. We may restrict promotions if risk of harm is detected (e.g., repeated limit increases, extended sessions, signs of distress).
21) Technical issues and error handling
21.1 If a display error, pricing fault, or malfunction affects an offer or game round, we correct balances to the last confirmed fair state.
21.2 If a server or network failure interrupts a round, the outcome on the game server is decisive; where a round did not start, stakes are returned.
21.3 We may void or resettle affected bets if an obvious error occurs (one a reasonable person would recognise as a mistake).
22) Privacy and marketing
22.1 We process personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
22.2 Marketing subscriptions can be changed at any time in Account → Communications or via the unsubscribe link; service messages continue even if you opt out of marketing.
22.3 We maintain suppression lists to respect your choices.
23) Complaints and dispute resolution
23.1 If you have a complaint about a promotion, contact Support with your username, the offer name, and screenshots if possible.
23.2 We will acknowledge and aim to resolve quickly. If you remain dissatisfied, you may request review by our complaints team.
23.3 After our final response, you may escalate to an independent ADR body recognised by the KSA. You also have the right to the Dutch courts without prejudice to statutory rights.
24) Changes to this Policy
24.1 We may amend this Policy for legal, technical, or operational reasons. We will post a new version with the effective date.
24.2 Where changes are material, we will notify you in the Platform and, if needed, request you to re‑accept key terms before claiming further offers.
24.3 Historic versions are available on request.
